You're already $40 in, what's another $600?

Today is the day.

I've never been one for competitive shopping (you'll never see me at a flea market or in Georgetown on a Saturday afternoon, for example), but I've also never been one to turn down an opportunity to get gussied up and wander into an 80%-off, in-my-size WAYF backless cocktail dress.

In between silently judging other shoppers for their "fashionable" outfits and bitchslapping that size-32 who you know won't fit into that pair of Rock & Republic skinnies you came thisclose to snagging, be sure to make your way back to the 'Blogger's Corner' so you can meet all the DC fashion bloggers, moi included, face-to-face.

This way, next time you write a snarky comment about my man legs, you can do so with authority.

See you there, and please to remember, no changing rooms!

No changing rooms? This sounds like it's worth well over the $40 entrance fee!

Wow, that sounded creepy, didn't it?

I don't believe in paying to shop, even for charity, but I have heard that it's a pretty good sale. I would rather just write a check to charity. However, I think you actually need to pay $55 now, because the online tickets are sold out.

I'm obviously not a Johanna hater, but Tom's message is creepy.

Johanna, please post your great finds for us tomorrow so we can what we missed and decide if we want to mark our calendar for next year.

Holiday what is creepy about stating a fact?? You must not visit this site very often because you would know what I am talking about. Jo has great legs. She works very hard to get them looking fantastic. I am just stating the obvious.....

Let me guess, you'll be wearing you hipster finest to tonight's sale? Pooties, unicorn barrettes and "f**k the establishment, buy organic" t-shirt? Hah hah hah, wish I were a fly on that wall!
