Sometimes people pay no attention to the good things you do; I think it's because maybe you have a little too much content. Do you realize that? This dress would look stunning on you; if I had the money I would buy it for you on principle, even if you were my worst enemy. And beyond that, it's just pretty. Perhaps you could try and focus on these sorts of things a little more?
You're still creating a lot of chaff and not enough wheat. You can do better.
