Please stop making me love your life

Introducing Katie Holmes and her newly-minted Oscar Blandi-razored bob.

I, for one, think she looks incredible. Absolutely, enchantingly incredible. Like a Mom but not like a Mom Mom, or a trying-to-be-a-hot-Mom Mom. The kind of woman who decided to have kids but refused to let carpooling and breastfeeding turn her into...well, you know what I'm talking about.

And yes, that's the babydaddy and her below out for another dressed-up Tuesday night date at Wolfgang Puck's new steakhouse Cut, which, incidentally, is housed in the same hotel in which Vivian and Edward fell in love in Pretty Woman. Could you make this any harder on me than you've already made it, Katie?

Though grainy, here are a few more pics of Katie 2.0, her simple top-handle clutch, chiffon animal-print belted shirt-dress, round-toed YSL pumps and that nice husband of hers who wears a three-piece just 'cause:

I think she looks great as well. I don't like animal print but she somehow makes it look ladylike here.

they sorta creep me the F out too...

Love it. I think it's how Posh probably wanted her hair to look the first time she chopped all hers off.

I have to agree with the other two, this couple is CREEPY happy. Something very unnatural about it.

But it does make me more likely to buy a magazine with them on the cover, I admit :)

Weren't you going to do something new with your hair? It's a very cute cut. Maybe you should get it.

Dave-

I was thinking the exact same thing. I nixed the pixie idea about 10 minutes after I wrote that post. I just don't have the face - or frame - for it. I think you have to have very elfin features like Natalie Portman, Halle Berry, etc. to really make super short hair look right.

But this cut...it's a possibility.

i have this cut and i love it! so easy to manage and suprisingly you can do alot of different looks with it, plus it grows out easy ... no pony option though!

You don't need Halle Berry's face to look good in a pixie. You just need a pretty face. Michelle Williams is pretty but she doesn't have a gorgeous face. From your picture, you do indeed have a pretty face and it looks like you have great cheekbones.

There really are only two things a woman with a pretty face needs to make a pixie work. 1) A great stylist, because it's an easy style to cut wrong 2) the ability to rock it.

If Katie's cut is one you can rock, then you should get that.

Enough with my opinion. I'm going back to reading the next "If I had a sugar daddy..." :-)

She may have made a deal with the devil but she sure got a freakin' amazing wardrobe/hair stylist out of the deal. What a life!!

Darling, I think you should make an appointment and get that cut (or something similar) straight away! The long hair is certainly beautiful on you, but I think you're right, you rock the...what was it you said, "corporate vixen" look? Yes, that's *you*.

Go for it!

Katie Holmes is so extremely good looking that no matter what she does she is mesmerizing. I really love the way she looks no matter what.

Look at her, the big sister leading her little brother Tom around. Honestly, he just looks like a little kid being led around. She's even holding the door for him! Is he the sugar daddy who's also the lil bro?

Joanna-

I agree 100%. She has a grace that belies her young age. She is just such a *lady*, which is so rare among young Hollywood stars. I have a total girl crush on her. Unlike most celebs, I honestly think I'd feel a bit awed in her presence, which is weird considering her movies aren't that great and she keeps giving really bad interviews, but there you have it.
