Cream-based is the key

Assuming you've already used and let dry your winter moisturizer, the next step in your daily routine is makeup application.

The point of this post isn't to usher you in one direction or the other when it comes to what eye shadow or bronzer or lip stain to pair with your fresh-off-the-catwalk Tracey Reese bow-accented overcoat and black polka-dotted tights, but rather to inform you of the cosmetic brands that are dermatologically-tested to offer you the most protection from the winter elements.
