It's still very early in the game, and those shows to which I'm looking most forward -namely Lanvin, Brian Reyes, Ralph Lauren and Rodarte- have yet to send their looks down the catwalk, but judging from what I've clicked through thus far on Style.com, the Fall/Winter 2008 RTW collections look to be pretty darn spectacular.
Full of muted, structured garments, leather jackets, patent detailing and lovely little bows, this season's crop almost makes me want to skip over the next eight months and go straight to September.
Here below is the best of the best so far -- enjoy.

Why are Fall clothes always so much better than Spring? I love all these looks, especially the Rachel Roy. Thanks for the Sunday post!
the Sari Gueron top is beautiful. Terrific picks!!!
the last outfit is so chic
I love learning about new designers. I think I like the first dress and the Rodriguez leather jacket (not the bolero) best. Hope you find some "Since I don't (yet)" versions of these :)
I am insanely in love with that last look by Yigal Azrouël!!
That Fetherston! Now if only I could afford it and had that model's legs...
That's some serious eye candy! Rachel Roy's collection was crazy good, don't you think?
