Don't love the little neck-tie, really don't love the shoes, but here in Paris to celebrate Mssr. Z's 38th birthday, Ms. Knowles finally wears a more flattering, more asset-flaunting fabric, silhouette and hemline.
Really, you'd be surprised at how genuinely happy these pictures make me:

The hair also makes a tremendous difference. No more crazy blonde carpet-as-weave! She looks stunning like this: understated and elegant.

I agree that this outfit is a much better choice for Beyonce than what she usually chooses; however, I don't really like the outfit much otherwise .

Beautiful. She's really gorgeous when she's not wearing overly shiny skintight satin. It would probably merit some eyebrow raises in DC, but I think she wanted to "look French" (or how Americans think the French look). Love it.
