For someone who likes to preach about looking ladylike, those are pretty trashy hooker heels you've got on there.

Hot for teacher? More like hot for analyst!

Stripper heels? Really? Maybe it's just the angle or the light, because rest assured, neither Calvin Klein nor I would dare design/wear anything remotely stripper-ish.

I wouldn't in public, anyway :-P

best,
J

Those babies are HIGH! Do you really walk to work in those? I mean, really?

I'm jealous of every guy in your office.

Woah woah woah those are not stripper heels. I own those shoes, and they are awesome (they're at macy's in black and burgundy). I think they are my favorite pair of mary janes ever.

And they are actually quite comfortable, though you probably have to be used to a heel of that size to be comfortable in them.

If those are the Joecyln MJ's Johanna has recommended, I have them as well (in wine) and believe it or not they ARE comfy! I wear them with everything!

Johanna,
Love the shoes, but you have started an epidemic in DC. I saw a woman clomping down M St in those heels and she ruined them with her inability to walk in heels.

anonymous 11:45 is sooo right. I've seen an increase in stompers on Connecticut Avenue since you started promoting heels all-day/everyday. You need to give lessons along with your recommendations!
