If you're into the cowl or funnel neck minidress for fall, I just picked up a long sleeve black one at H&M for 29 dollars. It comes with belt of the same fabric that sits low on the hip, but instead I'm going to wear it either without a belt or with a wider belt at my natural waist. It's not the kind of garment that I'll save in my collection forever, but it doesn't look cheap and I think it will be a fun addition to my fall wardrobe-- great with my peep-toe pumps or my knee-high boots.
Or, I should say, it doesn't look 29- dollars-cheap. It's still from H&M. :)
