'Cause Fall is on its way...

'Tis the end of the Summer season - the Summer clothing season, anyway - and as such, I've scoured my favorite online boutiques for the best deals and a few items, including the sigh-worthy Carmen Ho peep toes toward the bottom of the scroll, that are still well out of my financial reach but are nonetheless significantly less expensive than they were a few weeks ago.

(UPDATE: Carmen Ho peep toes now marked down to $151.20 -- see below!)

If you're in the mood today to indulge in a little lunchtime credit card damage, you're in luck, because here below are some very good starting points.

And please, if you do buy the Carmen Hos, give them a nice warm home with plenty of outfit options, a monthly pedicure and a place in your shoe display free and clear of anything that either flips, flops or heaven forbid, Crocs.

Enjoy!

I love that first black dress! Quick Jo, think of somewhere for me to wear it so I can justify the purchase.

See you in three weeks!

Those J Brand jeans are fabulous! I can't do the skinny jeans, so I'm definitely in the market for a new wide-leg pair for Fall. These just may be the ones...

those lace boy shorts are UGLY! not a sexy set at all.

You tease, putting up that adorable polka-dot brown chiffon blouse with the puff sleeves that's only available in a six.

I also love the first black dress but it would never work on me so shall resign it to "admire, but do not want".

love the red joe's jeans top. but i must say i'm never a fan of lace-up ickyness (as seen in those wide leg pants). always looks trashy to me for some reason. and you, my dear, are not trashy.

congrats on 1,000, btw. i eagerly await the ASJINE soiree.

xoxo

That's funny, I love those boyshorts. Normally, I would never pay $50 for a pair of knickers, but those are deadly.

Tomato, tomahto.

i like the cutaway dress but what kind of body does it take to pull that look off? i think you'd have to have some boobs, a thin waist, not too big of hips... but i'm just guessing -- it is hard to read what that texture of fabric would do once it is on the body.

i want those carmen ho's so badly! but i don't think i can justify $150 (did you know they're on sale?) since i'll be back in school next year. also the 4+ inch heels would probably be impractical for walking around nyc. oh, if only we all had tom cruise's money AND a driver!

The biggest things for the cutaway dress would be toned arms, narrow set shoulders, slender waist, and a average to long torso. It would be linebacker city on me.
