If this is what marriage looks like, I'll consider it

In what should have been a prequel to this post, I now present you with a photographic depiction of my warped view of what married life should look like not only during the first three "happy years" but on every anniversary, birthday, major and minor holiday, heck, every weekday thereafter as well.

Posh and Becks fashionably getting their marriage on in the new issue of W Magazine:

"It's Monday, but isn't that your Thursday garter belt? I'm sure it is, lemme see."
"The kids are fine. I think I can see them over there somewhere."
"Honey, I'm home!"
Weekly "date night" at the La Quinta "Mmmmm...Tantric Sunday tastes good..."
"All that suspended congress made me hungry -- you wanna hit up IHOP?"
A post-dinner tradition: the sexy pose-off
(Posh won this round)"Yeah, I guess we can try in here next...kids, move to the hood."

They are both delicious...love the one of him on top of her in bed cause you know they probably do that move every morning (or at least on the weekends). I hope they are the Newman/Woodward couple of our generation

Johanna, darling, that *is* what marriage is like. Come to the dark side...

I'm definitely warming to her...I like the one of them kissing. They do seem pretty in love, don't they?

This is exactly why you'll never have a husband - you're the most superficial woman I think I've ever encountered. Marriage isn't about what these pictures illustrate. It's about companionship and trust and communication. You're such an immature child, and at 27, sweetie, that's not a good thing. Maybe you should take some time off the blog and think about growing up some.

Good luck in finding someone who can put up with you. You'll need it.

Yes, I'd surmise that's exactly what marriage looks like. Which is why nobody ever strays.

please go away. isn't there blog on casseroles or car pooling you'd prefer to troll?

this was clearly tongue-and-cheek (did you click on the motherhood post?), but I understand that sitting home all day watching talk shows and looking for the school bus out the window may have worn down your ability to pick up on nuance. you're excused, but please, for all our sake's, just go somewhere else.

Please tell me whomever gets to be your boyfriend enjoys these Tantric Sundays you allude to! What I would GIVE!

If my recollection of past UK tabloid stories are correct, didn't Becks notoriously cheat on Posh until she threatened to leave him if it didn't stop?

Anonymous at 10:12 AM, if you think marriage is only about companionship, trust and communication it must be a blast to be married to you!

l-

you're right, those accusations were made by a couple of women, but as far as I know were never substantiated. I'm inclined to believe the rumors, but that's only because I like to believe rumors. And gossip. All of it.

this photographer is amazing. she always looks like such a robot but here she actually looks like she has some life in her.

I know, it's the first time in years I've actually found her even remotely attractive. That kissing shot is seared into my memory forever. Ooooh-la-la!
