Maybe if she'd worn this chocolate brown, bead-detailed, shirred corseted number to the Oscar Luncheon in place of the lace-placemat-atop-a-lace-tablecloth look, things would've turned out slightly more Oscar-y for Ms. Cruz two Sundays ago.
